Students and their parents must read the prospectus carefully before taking admission to any class. |

Students must attend at least 80% f the lectures (including practicals deliverd in each subject, and satisfy the college authoritines regarding their general progress. |

Student should try to reach the inimum standard of physical efficiency prescribed. |

Every student admitted to the college will have to join N.C.C. / N.X.X. & Extension activities. |
 |
Students who fal short of the required attendance will not qualify for the EBC/OBC concession. Such students will have to pay full fees, as the students who are disqualified of removed from the EBC/OBC list, are not entitled to free ship. |
 |
Stuents who fall short of the attendance shall be fined (per period Rs. One) and will not be eligible to appeear for the Exam. |
 |
A Medical certificate of any other excuse may not condone the deficiency in percentage of attencance. |

Students remaining absent for the above activities without sufficient reasons / permission shall be fined suitable, apart from any other disciplinary action. Ascore of less than 20% marks in each of the examinations will be pernalized accordingly. |
| IDENTITY CARD. |

It is compulsory for the admitted students to display their identify cards at their own. Any student without identity card in the college will be considered as trespassers and shall be dealt with legal action. |
| PHYSICAL EFFICIENCY TEST. |

All is compulsory for required to attend the physical education classes. 80% attendance is necessar for students to appear for the P.E. Test at the end of session. The programme will be notified by physical education departments. Failure to appear, shall invite disciplinary action as per the University rules. |
| MEDICAL EXAMINATION. |

All students are compulsory required to be present for the medical examination before a medical officer appointed by the college. Those who fail to appear, for the examination are liable for a fine or any other disciplinnary action. |
| NATIONAL CADET CORPS. (N.C.C.) UNIT STRENGTH -43 |

The college has an N.C.C. unit for giving the military training , to develop the quality of leadership and to inculcate in the mind of students the spirit of service and sacrifice the cadets will have to attend four hours parade during raining period on every sunday from July to January. Besides the cadets are required to attend training camps. Development of students' personality throug community service is overall objective of N.S.S. To work for two continued years along with their studies, putting in 120 hurs service each year and participting in on special camping programme is obigatory to N.S.S volunteers.
