Promotion from Std XI to Std XII will be on the average of the marks scored in the four Unit Tests
Home Assignment and the Two Terminal Examinations during the year. The promotion rules as follow.

1) Minimium marks for passing in a subjects are 35%.

2) Marks and practical in a subjects which has two parts shall be taken together, and the total of marks will be considered for passing for a distinction.
3) If a candidate appear in all the subjects at one & the same exam. Fails in one or more subjects  & has deficiency of marks for passing in one or more subjects he/ she shall be condoned to a maximum fo 30 marks in the aggregate, but not exceeding 10 marks in anyone subject.
4) The result of std XI shall not be decided exclusively on the basis of the marks obtained in the annual examination. According to instruction from education board, equal weightage shall be given to.
1 First terminal examination.
2 Second terminal examination.
3 Year work include practical, Unit test and other assignment. The final result of the students shall be
  decided on the average of the above three i.e.

There shall be no re-examination for students who are declared failed.

5 All students promoted from Std .XI to Std. XII will have to fill up application form as notified, to regularize their admission.
